Lucy's first time to pose for Women's Health was in June 2009 and now she's back on the mag's cover, but this time, she's now a congresswoman.

Noticed that her 2011 cover for Women's Health is like a cover for Cosmopolitan magazine.

Maybe it's because of the fact that Miss Lucy is a congresswoman and she still has to look regal and glamorous, even if she's posing for a health & fitness mag.
