The world's greatest swimmer Michael Phelps (photo), who won eight gold medals in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, has been honored as the 'Golden Boy of the Year' by GQ Magazine.
Other notable honorees in different fields include Leonardo DiCaprio, James Franco, John Malkovich, Rafael Nadal, Jason Statham, Sean Penn and the newly-elect US President Barack Obama.
Obama has topped them all and is one of the 4 feature covers of GQ's latest issue. Other covers are Leonardo DiCaprio, Jon Hamm and Michael Phelps.
The only rose among the thorns is Megan Fox who was bestowed with the 'Obsession of the Year' award.
