The guy with Angel Locsin

A big fan of Angel Locsin, Ricswartz 'RS' Sibal is one of the official contestants in the 2008 Mister International Philippines.

An aspiring model and actor, RS is a close friend of Dion Ignacio and Andrew Schimmer. He is also related to Close Up 2 Fame Grand winner and Star Magic Batch 16 member Reb Sibal, who is regularly seen as 'Jonas' on ABS-CBN's Iisa Pa Lamang.
