The Top 10 Best in National Costume has been pre-selected last June 22, 2008 but the online voting being done on NBC.com has the 80 candidates all vying again to win the award.
All I thought then was that the votation will be done among the Top 10 finalists named during the Traditional Costume competition last month.
So, this online voting is a replacement for the Miss Photogenic award being given in the past, with Misses Philippines and Puerto Rico winning most of the time.
This time, will it be Philippines again? or will it go back to Puerto Rico?
I have just cast my 3 votes and it went to the Philippines, Estonia and Netherlands. (Ha3! I just want to have surprising results for this special award).
